Is specially designed for first line managers with responsibility for:

• Managing budgets
• Allocating work to teams
• Achieving results

Participants take four mandatory units looking at

• Health and safety
• Leadership
• Managing resources
• Allocating and monitoring work

Plus three optional units

The wide range of optional units gives a high level of flexibility, allowing the qualification to be tailored to meet the varying needs of the participants and employers across all sectors.

COURSE COSTS
Foundation/Modern Apprenticeships are funded by the Welsh Assembly Government with support from the European Social Fund.  Consequently, no course fees are payable.
