This course is developed to train staff how to deal with a difficult situation when it happens.

• to avoid confrontation and increase their skills in this area.
• varying degrees of information/skills that may require to protect themselves and others from the risk of violence and aggression.

Within this area we have 2 licensed instructors and advanced coach who can train in control and restraint including bread away and diversity.
